In Memoriiam, Lucel, a cherished member of our community & a gifted writer passed away in Feb. 2007. In the introduction to her story, "Love Is Stronger", she offered this quotation from Erich Fromm which epitimized her beliefs:
I believe that imagination is stronger than knowledge, That myth is more potent than history; That dreams are more powerful than fact, That hope always triumps over experience, That laughter is the only cure for grief and I believe that
love is stronger than death.
Lucel's intricate, magical tales touched our hearts and it is our hope that she will be continued to be remembered through her works.
